If you want to see this fine looking insectivorous bird you have to go to the inland parts of Australia.
This particular bird was at the side of the road between Milparinka and the Silver City Highway junction in the far North/West of New South Wales.
They inhabit land which tends to be treeless, fairly barren and rocky as long as it's not too far from water.
